Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us. We are Jacqueline and Harry de Kruyk. We live in the western part of the Netherlands in a village called Oud Gastel ( see for our full adress our contact-page. )We live on a large house with plenty of room for our dogs to run free and enjoy themselves. Dobermanns are an active, energetic breed and they need plenty of excersise and mental stimulation to be happy and healthy. We feel that is very important that we provide this to our dogs.

 

 

We have been breeding dobermanns since 1984. At van Schuylenburcht Dobermanns we believe in the " total Dobermann" we know that is important to breed structurally correct dobermanns, but we also believe in the true dobermann character. We prefer a strong body, and a strong mind. You don't have to settle for one or the other, and we don't think you should. Every year we breed better dogs, and we will continue to strive for excellence in our breeding program. Our dogs are well known in the working community (IPO) but also have correct structure, and have proven themselves as great family and housedogs.

 

 

Our dobermanns are whelped and raised in a room specifically for them. They have acces outside and inside, and we make sure their living area is kept exceptionally clean.

 

 

 

We give our dogs plenty of playtimes and freedom, free running is a great way for dogs to burn off all that extra energy and keep their muscles naturally in tone. We also walk our dogs frequently, this gives us time to assess each one, and make sure they are kept happy, healty, and in good condition.
